My classes and 1:1 services, including energy healing, self-care coaching, and sacred sexuality education, are infused with compassion, wisdom, and the belief that we all hold the power to heal ourselves and each other.

When I'm not working, you can find me vibing to music, playing with my singing bowls, or soaking up inspiration from books, Studio Ghibli films, and time spent with my dog and loved ones. I deeply believe in the beauty of the gray areas of life—where learning, connection, and magic thrive.
